When will my order ship?

The “no rush” shipping option means that your order will be shipped out within a week with USPS First Class mail. I am currently shipping every Monday.

The “rush” shipping option means that I will prioritize getting your order shipped out within 1-2 days, and it will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns if the item is in original condition. The buyer must pay return shipping. A refund will be provided after the return is received.

How are items packaged?

All art is packaged flat, not rolled. It is packaged in recyclable cardboard mailers, with 100% recyclable paper shipping supplies. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, I do not ship outside of the US from this website. I am working on compliance with various tax and packaging laws and will update this section when I am able to open up to international shipping.

What if there is something wrong with my order?

Sometimes things go wrong, despite our best efforts. Please reach out to me (Grace) at studio@esteldor.com if you run into any issues and I will do my best to resolve them.
